This website is run by Elegant House LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, trading as Snuzzee ("we" or "us"). Our address is 30 N. Gould St., Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at Hello@snuzzee.com.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy also apply.

Placing an order

You must be an adult where you live to place an order. Our kids' products are for adults to buy for a child.
We accept your order when we email you to say it has shipped. Until then, we can cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong or an order looks fraudulent.
You pay in full at checkout. Our payment providers process your payment, and we don't store your full card number.

Prices and offers

Prices don't include sales tax or VAT. Checkout shows any tax and your total before you pay.
Where we show prices in your local currency, your bank may charge its own fees.
Offers and discount codes follow the conditions shown with them. We can end an offer at any time, but that won't affect an order you've already placed.

Our products

We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colors and designs can look a little different on your screen. We may update our products over time.

Our products are for comfort and listening. They aren't medical devices, and they aren't meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, including insomnia. If you're worried about your sleep, please talk to a doctor.

Please listen at a comfortable volume, because loud sound can damage your hearing. Don't wear our products when you need to hear what's around you, such as while driving or walking near traffic. If a child is using one, an adult should check the fit and set the volume.

Using this website

Please don't misuse this website, including by trying to break its security or disrupt how it works. The Snuzzee name and logo, and the words, photos and designs on this website, belong to us or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or any liability that can't legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence.

Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we provide this website as it is, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or losses we couldn't have foreseen, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If there's a problem

Please email us first, and we'll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer living somewhere else, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
